This campaign is funded by neighbours, not corporations. Your contribution pays for signs, literature, community events and the door-to-door conversations that make a local campaign work.

Contribution amount

Submitting opens your email app addressed to donate@votejen.ca. Contributions to Ontario municipal campaigns are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

  • $100Puts lawn signs up across a Ward 3 neighbourhood.

Oakville rebate program

Get 50% of your donation back

The Town of Oakville's contribution rebate program means eligible residents can receive a rebate of up to 50% on monetary contributions to Ward 3 council candidates. Supporting local leadership has never been easier.

  • You must normally live in Oakville.
  • Your donation must be a monetary contribution to a Ward 3 council candidate.
  • The campaign will provide an official receipt.
  • You submit the rebate application to the Town of Oakville after the contribution is made.

Rebate eligibility and amounts are set by the Town of Oakville under By-law 2025-050. Contact the Town Clerk's office or visit oakville.ca for the official rebate application form and deadlines.

Ontario municipal contributions are governed by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996. Please review these rules before donating.

Who can contribute

Municipal campaign contributions in Ontario must come from individuals who normally live in the province. Businesses, corporations, trade unions, and other organizations are not allowed to donate.

Contribution limit

You may contribute up to $1,200 to a single candidate in this election. We will confirm the exact amount before processing your donation.

Your own funds only

Donations must be made using your own personal money. Please do not give on behalf of another person, employer, or organization.

Receipts & disclosure

You will receive an official receipt for your contribution. Under the Municipal Elections Act, 1996, contributor names and amounts above the disclosure threshold must be reported in the campaign's public financial statement.
