Protect important heritage assets and ensure redevelopment strengthens rather than overwhelms Downtown Oakville.
Responsible Growth
New development must come with the roads, stormwater capacity, transit, parks and community infrastructure needed to support it.
Respect Taxpayers
Prioritize core services, challenge unnecessary spending and measure results before asking residents to pay more.

Accountability
Explain important votes and decisions clearly, including what they cost and how they affect Ward 3.
Accessible Representation
Hold regular Ward 3 conversations, respond to resident concerns and report back on unresolved issues.
Safer Neighbourhoods
Work with Halton Police, Town staff and resident associations on break-ins, auto theft, traffic safety, lighting and neighbourhood security.
Community Life
Support the parks, recreation, seniors' programs, youth activities and volunteer organizations residents actually use.
Local Business
Encourage a vibrant local business environment and strong connections between businesses and the community.

Preserve Serve means saying yes to growth that is properly planned — and pushing back when height, density or infrastructure demands do not fit the location. It means supporting strong policing while demanding value for taxpayers. And it means answering residents, explaining decisions and following issues until they are resolved.
